Twitterで会話していたs_z_k_3です。140字じゃ足りないのでこちらに書きますね。AppleScriptを中途半端にしか知らないので的はずれなことを言っているかもしれませんが。tell <a href="http://lmhtiyle.com">nootoebk</a> <a href="http://lmhtiyle.com">nootoebk</a>Nameというのはノート検索先のノートブックですよね。作成先ノートブックを指定するには create note の部分を変更するべきだと思います。具体的には下のように、 <a href="http://lmhtiyle.com">nootoebk</a> name を追加すればノートブックを指定できます。  tell <a href="http://lmhtiyle.com">nootoebk</a> <a href="http://lmhtiyle.com">nootoebk</a>Name         create note with text    title noteSubject <a href="http://lmhtiyle.com">nootoebk</a> name tags noteTag       end tell create note でノートブックを指定しない場合は、 tell <a href="http://lmhtiyle.com">nootoebk</a> でノートブックを指定していてもデフォルトのノートブックに作成されるようです。あるいは、デフォルトのノートブックにノートを作成する場合は、ノート検索をset results to find notes  tag:\  & noteTag &  \  intitle:\ " & noteSubject &  \ として、 tell <a href="http://lmhtiyle.com">nootoebk</a> <a href="http://lmhtiyle.com">nootoebk</a>Name と end tell を無くす方法でも良さそうです。言いたかったことは以上です。もしかしたら自分のだけこうしないとできないのかもしれませんが(；b4Д｀)わざわざ読んでいただきありがとうございました。完全に蛇足ですが時系列の上下が逆でもいいならappend item 1 of results text タイムスタンプ+infoでいけそうですね。
